This 300-suite, 11-story hotel is at the corner of State Road 535 and Kyng’s Heath Road in Kissimmee, Fla. Construction began in April 2011 and the hotel is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2012. When the hotel opens in late 2012, it will house 40,000 square feet of meeting space, making it one of the largest Embassy Suites, in terms of meeting size, in the country. The space includes ballrooms, boardrooms, two outdoor terraces and pre function space. The hotel will also feature all of the signature amenities standard at any Embassy Suites hotel, including a lush atrium, two-room suites with a separate living area and private bedroom.
