Dallas, TX (January 2014) – Batson-Cook Development Co. has selected The Stowell Company, Inc. as their subcontractor for the new residential development – Skyhouse Dallas. When open in the Fall of 2014, Skyhouse Dallas will feature over 336 units and 24 floors for an aesthetically pleasing addition to the skyline. Skyhouse Dallas was designed by Smallwoods, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart.
The Skyhouse is in the heart of Valley Park, Dallas featuring studios, and one, two, or three bedroom rentals. Only walking distance to Valley Park and minutes away from shopping, entertainment and American Airlines Center. The “Skyhouse”, featured on the 24th floor, includes a club room, fitness center, pool, and a full 360 degree view. This win follows the recent Skyhouse projects awarded to The Stowell Company, Inc. in Houston and Austin.
The Stowell Company, Inc. will be performing exterior stud framing, interior stud framing, rough carpentry, hanging, drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, and insulation (thermal and acoustical).
