The Eilan Hotel is a 10 story 5 star hotel located at the Rim in San Antonio, TX. The project has magnificent architecture second to none. Stowell is under contract to perform the metal framing, metal trusses, decking, sheathing, and level 5 drywall throughout.

The Residences at Eilan are 7 individual buildings that are 5 and 6 stories consisting of approximately 500 individual residences and commercial space on the lower levels. Stowell has been contracted to perform the metal framing throughout and well as the exterior skin which consists of sheathing, vapor-barrier, lath& stucco, stone, GRFC and associated flashings.
