Stowell Company, Inc. was integral to constructing the Northview Student Housing project near the University of Central Florida. This seven-story building, designed to house 600 students across 180 units, features retail and amenity areas, as well as an attached parking structure.
Stowell provided a wide range of services, including exterior and interior metal stud framing, drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, metal paneling, stucco, EIFS, insulation, rough carpentry, and more, ensuring the building’s structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
